I already drew this a few months back but never uploaded because yeah... I submit all the half-assed stuff on my twitter and facebook but I kinda want to keep a certain level of quality at least here. X'D Yet I still really like this one a lot and wanted to share it with you, too, so now that I finally took a proper photo of it... here you go! uwu;
It was my first try drawing something on one of my shikishi I brought home from Japan. The surface is so nice and sleek, it's just perfect to draw on, especially for someone like me who has to erase... A LOT. :'D
The colouring was an experiment, inspired by Toyama Ema's style. I think such a minimalistic colouring definitely suits it best.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactAs I said before in the comments, your art is really cute! And I just wonder how your sketch is. But now for the critic you asked.
It's a simple portrait, and it's well done, you did right the proportions, where the light enters and where is the shadows, but I would like to see more, when you put full colors in the eyes and hair, and in that level of details, the clothes should have too; in the clothes you just mark where the shadows are, but if you put full colors in the clothes the air of cuteness would be more soft. Make a contrast with again the hair and eyes in high level detail, call's my attention to that. (same goes to the cat ears).
Other thing I would love to see is the hair color making the perfect gradient from pink to green, you let the reflex light hide this, it's clever, but personally I have a desire to see this gradient.
Your art is excellent, and I just doing this critic because you asked for one, otherwise I really like your draw and will pass just letting a favorite and a coment ^^- keep up the great work.
