Chibi Easter Anniversary

Ohh. my. God. I actually managed to finish it in time. Unbelievable!
I REALLY wanted to draw something this weekend so badly. First because it was my and my BF's 5th anniversary on Friday and second because it's Easter of course, even though I don't sense the tiniest bit of Easter spirit over here in Japan which is really sad... >':
Consequently I decided rather quickly that the best idea would be to draw Runa and Leo in an Easter theme. However, I had quite some difficulties coming up with a proper idea. My first attempt was this, a quick sketch I'm actually really proud of, but I just couldn't find a way to fit Leo in there. So I tried another sketch which didn't end up well at all before I had the idea to go with chibis; mainly because I knew that getting a normal full-body picture done in time would be way too hard to accomplish.

Considering that I'm not too experienced with chibis I'm really proud of this picture actually. Most of all I can't stop giggling about Runa's face whose thoughts are probably much like "This whole thing is already embarrassing enough but... WHY PINK?!"
